Rice Flour Scrub To Get Rid Of Blotchy Skin

This scrub contains green tea which has anti-oxidants properties also the rice flour will help you get a smooth and bright looking complexion.

Ingredients:-

# Green Tea Bags: - 1 green tea bag
# Water: - ½ cup
# Rice Flour: - 1 tablespoon

 
Procedure:-

# Boil some water in a pot and brew the green tea for few minutes.
# After the tea gets cool add rice flour to it and stir it well.
# Clean your face and apply this mixture for 15 minutes.
# Rinse off with warm water and for final rinse use cold water.
