Summer is incomplete without mangoes. Not only it tastes delicious but it is also very beneficial for skin. To all those people who are not aware of the benefits of mangoes for skin. Here we bring some of the benefits of mangoes and how you can use it in skincare.

Mango is rich in beta- carotene or vitamin A, a great antioxidant which helps to a younger and youthful skin.
It helps in regeneration of new skin cells
It has moisturizing and hydrating properties
It revives the elasticity of skin
It prevents skin damage.

How To Use It

Mango for fair skin: - Being a rich source of vitamin A, it helps in imparting a fair looking glow on the face. Just mix mango pulp with milk cream. Apply it afterward for 3o minutes and rinse it off. For better results, dry the mango peel under the sun rays and grind them, now mix this powder with milk and apply it on the face.

Mango for Removing Wrinkles: - The antioxidant in mango promotes collagen production which makes our skin firm and elastic. What you need to do is mix mango pulp along with egg white on the face. Apply the mixture on face and wash after 30 minutes. This mask is helpful in giving a wrinkle free and pore less skin.

Mango as A Conditioner: - Mango is very moisturizing, Therefore it can be used as a conditioner. Just mix two tablespoons of mango pulp along with one tablespoon of yogurt. Apply this mask on hairs for 30 minutes after shampoo and rinse with cold water.

Raw Mango for Acne Spots: - Take small raw mangoes and boil them, make sure that their still some water left in the boiling bowl. Use this water as a toner for curing acne.
