We all want to fall asleep as soon as we hit the bed, but falling asleep quickly is not that easy. Even if we go to bed early we feel restless and keep twisting and turning. Some of the reasons for this are stressful work life, use of gadgets like cell phones and laptops beforesleeping. We can’t sleep on time and then the next day we feel like all our energy is drained and this cycle repeats. So here is a 4-7-8 breathing technique which will definitely make you sleep in just 60 seconds.

In this breathing technique inhale through your nose for 4second and hold your breath for the count of 7 seconds and exhale through your mouth for a count of 8 seconds. You’re should this whole process at least 4 times or until you fall asleep. Make sure not to speed up your breathing. This breathing technique will slow down your heart rate and you will sleep in no time.
