Homemade Hair Spas for Healthy Stresses

Healthy hair means good hair care through hair spa and hair treatment. Going to salons every week for hair spa or hair related treatments is quite high for a pocket. Here comes the remedy to save your pocket as well as healthy and nourished hair. You can DIY hair spas at home without spending much on preparing it. Here are homemade hair spas which you can prepare easily using your kitchen ingredients –

For Frizzy and Rough Hair – If you find it difficult to run your fingers through hair without much fuss then you can apply egg and olive oil hair spa. Take a small cup of olive oil, one egg white, and one peeled banana. Blend all these things together in a blender. Now apply this on hair and leave it for 30 minutes. Thereafter, wash off using mild herbal shampoo and cold water.

For Hair Fall – For hair fall the best hair spa is made using oil, tea, and beetroot juice. Heat oil and tea together for 5 minutes. Then remove tea using a sieve and add beetroot juice into it. Now apply this mixture on hair thoroughly. Make sure this mixture is applied well on hair including scalp to hair ends.

For Hair Growth – Looking for some homemade remedy for hair growth then hair spa prepared using coconut oil, lemon juice, and aloe vera gel is a really good option. For this, you need to take one tbsp coconut oil, one tbsp lemon juice, and three tbsp aloe vera gel. Mix it well together and apply on hair. Leave it for 20 minutes, and then wash off using a mild shampoo.

For Hair Nourishment – If you want to add life to your dull hair then apply the paste of fenugreek seeds. For making this hair spa you need to soak fenugreek seeds overnight and next morning make the paste of it in a mixer. Mix one tbsp honey, two tbsp curd, and one tbsp fenugreek paste together. Apply this paste on hair for 30 to 40 minutes, then rinse off using a mild shampoo.

For Chemical-Affected Hair – If your hairs are destroyed because of excess use of chemicals and heat then here is the recipe for your hair. Take one egg white, two tbsp olive oil, and four cucumber pieces. Make a paste of all these ingredients together and massage it into the hair. Leave it for 25 minutes then wash off using lukewarm water with mil shampoo.
