Going On A Summer Trip - Try Out These Home Remedies For Glowing Skin

With the end of April, most of you might be going for summer vacation. So if you are heading for a trip here are some of the simple remedies to protect your skin from sun, dirt, and pollution.
 
Sandalwood Face Mask
Take two tablespoons of sandalwood powder and adequate amount of rosewater to make a paste. Apply this paste on your face and neck. This will help in skin tightening, reduces the size of pores and gives an even skin tone. This is a perfect remedy to remove suntan from the face.

Rose Water
Rose water is the best remedy to get blemish free skin, it calms and gives a soothing effect to the skin. You can apply it all over your face right after cleansing. In case you have itching eyes, you can put two drops of it in your eye.
 
Coriander Seeds
Soak some coriander seeds overnight and strain the water. You can use this water as an eye drop. It will give a cooling effect and will also make your eyes look bright and clear.

Fenugreek Seeds
To keep your skin hydrated and cool from the inside, soak the fenugreek seeds and drink it in the morning. You can also make pulp of soaked fenugreek seed and apply it directly onto the skin. This will help in treating sunburns and reduce acne scars.

Cucumber
To apply cucumber on the skin, slice and grate it, then apply the pulp to the face every evening. You can also apply cucumber juice directly to the skin. This will give you a perfect glow and brighten your skin tone.
 
Aloe Vera Face Pack
Aloe Vera has cooling properties and it can remove and prevent tanning. If you have an aloe plant then scoop the gel out of it and apply on your face or get a pack of aloe Vera gel from the market.
 
Curd, Honey, Gram Flour
Take 1 tablespoon of honey and gram flour and mix it along with curd. The curd had lactic acid which will prevent tanning and the gram flour will help in getting rid of shine and oiliness.
